Footer obscures iframe (and other?) content

To replicate: Scroll to the bottom of http://ocs.ecotrust.org/strategy-habitat/aspen-woodlands/

Notice that normal Compass bottom content is all obscured:

• zoom controls
• scale bar
• legend tab
• map attribution (which violates our use policy)
