Determine what is still missing and what for sure needs to be included.

Create a table with Names visible to fishermen and corresponding SFC code

We are deep in conversations re: species standards and gear standards. The goal is to build our lists from the standard CSV lists that the SEFSC and agency folks share/work off and then refresh at some interval. That interval still needs to be determined.
