Persistent fields when not yet set load as dark when none are selected

Fields like catch report selection and split catch select fields load unselected with dark backgrounds. Should load light yellow and then go yellow for selected and dark for the unselected fields once a field is selected.

I thought that was the way select boxes worked. Yellow when nothing is selected, then the unselect options go dark.
