Way to highlight units selected #336

Currently, it is difficult to detect if a selected unit from a roll selector is actually selected (doesn't populate the field or highlight in someway on touch). Would be good to offer a selected cue.

Selecting a unit should populate the field. Is this recent? Here are some screenshots.

Looks like native select boxes don't update the displayed value until the roller is closed.

Doesn't seem to be a way to fix this unless we use something other than a a select box. Maybe radio buttons or something like our single select?
