As a result the catch report filer is unable to proceed past that screen to continue.

Assigning to Edwin. Edwin - this is just one of many input field overlap issues. They might all stem from the same bug in the code. However, on almost all number of fish caught screens, regardless of gear type, the fields overlay each other as you try to enter the data.
