Add Listserv URL to connect page #101

After Todd's name, add option to join listserv: http://listsmart.osl.state.or.us/mailman/listinfo/west_coast_data_network

Done, except possibly in the Inform page, where only Todd's name is listed. But that's a trickier issue, given how that paragraph is written focusing only on Marine Debris. The whole page is trickier (in my mind, the transition to talking about Marine Debris is too abrupt and a bit unclear), but that's a different issue we should discuss later. I think it's fine for the launch, as is.

Closing, as original intent was for the Connect page.

On Emilio's comment - we'll probably be doing rewriting on the Inform page in the near future as the MD use case evolves.
