Anchors to in-page content are broken on Connet page #102

The below List anchors are not working on click (should jump down to relevant content)

Catalog Services for the Web (CSW)
ESRI Geoportal REST API
OpenSearch API
SOLR REST API

e.g. http://portal.westcoastoceans.org/connect/#csw http://portal.westcoastoceans.org/connect/#esri etc.

I don't think this is a big deal for the launch, but it would be nice (not a priority) to have it fixed.
