Include harvest resource name as link to resource. #49

In bottom right of each record: Harvested Aug, 13, 2013 from [Name of Resrouce as a Link]

Suggested by Tanya. Christine White and Ryan had some ideas involving using the available Site UUID that could lead to getting title/URL from a Lucene response.

Filtering based on harvest source is complete: 9d0d96429986eba4022b8a184c9653fe4e04d6c4 However displaying the harvest source for each record is not done at this time.

Complete: 03cb57065c370d92cb489c1c2407379a19b1d80f For CSW sources, the link is only to the CSW profile document - not terrible useful, but we have no way to go to the main catalog site (if one exists). If pulling from a WAF, the user goes to the WAF, which is cool.
