Better contact advertised on portal #92

From Network Meeting - Todd's name is already everywhere, but will work to make various texts clearer.

Do you think that we should make pretty much all the formal feedback emails "portal@westcoastoceans.org" and I am just used as a point of contact for our other projects (ie. MD Use Case, Network, etc...).

I think the easiest way to do this might be to just modify the statement at the footer to say "Feedback? Email Portal@westcoastoceans.org"

So the solution was the same as for #91? Otherwise, Todd's name is still in other pages (eg, About page). This is probably a second-order issue, though. First and foremost, for the launch, it should be easy to send feedback or contact someone (or an alias) from the portal. As things stand, it is.
