Create label field on Field Model, populate, clean header names #100

All header names should be spaced with underscores ONLY!!! All labels should be readable, and as understandable as possible without context. Would be nice if all labels were unique, but might not be necessary. Require for now?

Label created and populated with the object's Name field, with underscores replaced with spaces. Miho is on updating labels beyond that.
