Increase the size of the site creation map window #84

Currently the map is too small, and between real estate lost to copyright info and the constraints of the map extent, the map seems to not respond to drag commands, since it is bound from moving anymore. making it bigger and opening up the extent will make it obvious that those controls are enabled.
