Improvement: CBA-Page

As discussed, the Cost-Benefit Analysis Page is quite confusing.

Here some Ideas to make it more clear:

• The automatic sorting (at least for the input-table) was annoying while putting in Data. I think I would turn that off (or make it a "sort-Button").

• Grey out the fields in which manual input is impossible (e.g. OPEX), maybe even a little toolbox/marker for the fillable fields (flow, EP/Unit etc.).

• In the Summary table, OPEX reduction and payback time would not hurt instead of only showing the values which get depicted in the Graph anyway. -Add another parting line (like the one before "option") before the last third of the input table (after the second annual costs.)

The input-table is quite large which makes it tricky to keep track where you're writing in data. (Happens after save/hitting Enter.)

• A little fold/unfold Button to hide the Baseline or the Option-part respectively.
• Keep displaying the measure name while moving to the right part of the table.

• A hint, that if the Marginal costs are too small (EP-values not in kEP), the cost-benefit graph is not shown.

Is there any projects that i can try? My local db doesn't have real values. I would really help me if you add me a real test project in live environment.

Also, cb graph is doing that because the idea of this graph has problem with big and small values. Actually we can get the idea that if a report is very small in graph, is also has a very small impact in real life as well?

I still think that we need more graph than 1.
