I'm assuming we're re-writing this in VisualForce for consistency? I don't see the report anywhere on the cmumford@ sandbox.
It says: The data you were trying to access could not be found. It may be due to another user deleting the data or a system error. If you know the data is not deleted but cannot access it, please look at our support page.
It definitely generates a report (with data) for me. One think I noticed is that Salesforce hyperlinks don't consider the sandbox (organization) that you're logged in to, so make sure you're logged into the cmumford sandbox. You should also be able to bring up the stock Reports tab and find it that way.
Currently implemented as a stock Salesforce report (i.e. not VisualForce page).
