Solve the "@example.com" issue preventing sandbox login #34

Closed cmumford closed 10 years ago

cmumford commented 10 years ago

It looks like non sandbox creators cannot login to a sandbox. When attempted Salesforce will send an activation code to that user's email, but it is always suffixed by @example.com.

It looks like the owner of the sandbox needs to manually update the email addresses for the users. https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewSolution?id=000193149&language=en_US So if you have time, for the staging / cmumford sandboxes, can you change my email (and anyone else's email) to remove the suffix? That way we can start receiving email again

When will the staff have access to the Sandbox?

cmumford commented 10 years ago

Akala: You should have access now. Can you try to log into the staging sandbox now and see if it works?

Akala-EHP commented 10 years ago

I have access. How do I view client files and information?

cmumford commented 10 years ago

Click on the Family tab, Press the "Go" button to display all records, and then click on a family name. In that sandbox the first few pages of family names have ID's instead of families. i.e. "a0CR0000003SQjj"

Just got off the phone with Akala - she's in and can view the data.
