How does the delivery list report work #37

I'm trying to implement the delivery list (issue #15), and despite being able to actually run the report I'm still a bit confused. Here are a few questions:

  1. It looks like this report lists all services with the "Distribution Method" set to "Delivery".
    1. It lists services even if they are delivered (i.e. the "Date Delivered" field indicates it has already been delivered)
    2. It lists services even if the "Date of Service" date indicates the service has been provided.
  2. It lists food only??? Every report I have run has never included a non-food service.
  3. The reports I have seen do not list the full address. It looks like the text is there, but the font is too large. I'm assuming that you need this for the delivery?

And my final question: Is it acceptable to list the family name instead of the head of household name? If possible this makes the report easier to produce.

Closing this as Roger has made good progress on this report (issue #15). If additional questions arise will handle via email, etc.
