Need Person.relationship to be a picklist #42

Is currently a text field.

The original dataset has 161 unique values for this field. After cleanup there are still 93 values. Many of them are obviously wrong, and after eliminating up the obviously invalid values we still have 57. We could probably stand to reduce this further, but this is a good start.
