Created: A few findings from the spike:

QuickSight has no file format for transferring report configuration metadata - i.e. no equivalent of the PBIX format
No "analysis" (page-level) views based on a parameter - i.e. I can't choose a "school" and have all visualizations on that page regenerate and filter as a result
