Enrich Submissions with Grades #357

User Story

As a data analyst, I want to export submission grades, so that I can analyze student activity in Schoology.

Acceptance Criteria

Record the Max Points and Grade values in the submissions records for both graded discussions and regular assignments.

Implementation Notes

The grades endpoint uses the grade_item_id value in the assingment_id field, thus it applies to both regular assignments and graded discussions.
