Professional Development table missing #208

There are 2 views that depend on the table tpdm.ProfessionalDevelopmentEventAttendance which is no longer found.

[~User16360602429401097730] I found an entity that might be a good replacement for the Professional Development Event. See [https://schema.ed-fi.org/datahandbook-v331b/index.html#/Recognition523]

It is an optional collection on the Staff Record, so it can hold more than one "recognition" which could be used to capture professional development awards or diplomas. 

My suggested mapping is below, which we can review at our next check-in ](Property|Cardinality|Definition|Portal Field|Notes| |[RecognitionType|https://schema.ed-fi.org/datahandbook-v331b/index.html#/RecognitionType217)|required|The nature of recognition given to the learner for accomplishments in a co-curricular, or extra-curricular activity.|Category|This descriptor is flagged as flexible so we could create a list that would work for this use case and submit to Alliance for consideration.| |Achievement|required|An entity that includes information about achievement earned by a learner upon fulfilling a specified criteria.|Course Name|Assuming this doesn't need to be predefined.| |RecognitionAwardDate|optional|The date the recognition was awarded or earned.|Date| | |RecognitionAwardExpiresDate|optional|Date on which the award expires.| |Not on the current dashboard but good to add for those that have an expiration date.| |RecognitionDescription|optional|A description of the type of academic distinctions earned by or awarded to the individual.| |Not on the current dashboard but consider adding it to make clear what the learnning experience or award is about.| |N/A|Location|No place on this entity to record location, would recommend we remove this and add expiration date and description instead.|
