formatdown update

I've recently revised the formatdown package, deprecating some functions and introducing others. In a new branch for your package, formatdown_update, I edited the relevant code chunk in the hydraulics vignette (code chunk: waterprops-table2b) to reflect these changes.

Thanks, I'll add this to my list of revisions for the next version. This may also affect my bookdown reference where I produce similar tables. The updates to formatdown appear to be a clean implementation that should be very useful.
