Raw Data Download #1

It would be nice to be able to download the whole standards table in XML, JSON, or CSV format. An experimental download is available at https://www.edmatrix.org/standards-experimental.json

It's a hidden, but functional feature. Go to https://www.edmatrix.org/standards.json. The remaining work is to test and document.
