What makes you think it could potentially be vulnerable? I might have missed something, but on first sight, it doesnt look vulnerable to me. The CNAME used in the qa-portal subdomain points to walmart and not a third party. Meaning that there is no option to claim it.

Because it shows up in the output of subjack in the same color it does for vulnerable subdomains

subjack works based on fingerprints so there might be a issue with that but you can't be like that is it shows green so it's always possible to takeover. You can even get false positives it's normal to have such in any tool.
