The open cattalog botton apears all the time and whit the new version the catalog dont let me buy anything or close

When I login to the game I immediately get the prompt to press E to open the gun catalogue.

This is anywhere on the map! And soon as the character menu loads it says press E once im in the game I can not use E because it tries to open the catalogue anywhere
