Installing Sys Menu 4.1U crashes - DopMii v16 #89

What IOS did you use?
AHBPROT, 236, 249 (Wanin v17)

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
LU30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start DopMii v16
2. Choose any IOS, or use AHBPROT
3. Try to install System Menu 4.1U

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected it to install, it crashed with a code dump instead.

Please provide any additional information below.
Wii is 4.2U, I had the required IOS, and Priiloader. I tested immediately after
with DopMii v15, and it worked fine. Again, the exact same Wii, with no changes
worked fine with DopMii v15.

If you want me to test it some more, I have bootmii as boot2, so I would be
more than happy to help.

Unfortunatly many brick reports with dop-mii 4.1 install lately. Wish I knew
the version of dop-mii, v16 confimed in one case. 10+ bricks, something along
the line of losing nand access on 4.1 downgrade, then code dump, then brick.
Not good.
