English "SET:" is repalced with a ">" to give more space for longer status messages
English status messages are aligned depending on text content.
Don't show fake 0 (000) temp at startup. Soldering tip still can be very hot after a reboot.

I updated the PR: The right arrow is there, just in a different font set: u8g2_font_unifont_t_symbols So I switch the font set to draw the right arrow, then switch it back to the default PTS200_16 fonts.

I tested on my pen, I really like the new design and the icons. I cannot even decide on the big number vs more info screen :).

One thing on the target temp: can you add a C at the end of the number (similarly to the bottom left corner temp)? It would make it even clearer what it is: 20231203_102638

Well, this PR won't make it into main, as the the code has significally changed. Anyway, @Abasz could you try my entire fork? dexter323i/PTS200 I drastically changed the "Big number" screen.

I am currently using it. And I really like the big number screen, the icons are cool. This is the reason I said I cant really decide which to use :)
