how to get spare metal parts ? #37

Hi My TS12 metal interface and the little double-threaded metal piece between TS12 and iron body are broken (thread between them doesn't work anymore). Is there a way to get metal spare parts ? I wrote here because I haven't found any other way to join manufacture
