Will show the title of an achievement, but not the picture nor the description to obtain it.

So you mean make the default location for this setting in the global settings? If it's set globally, then when a new achievement is created, it would be reflected there?

1) Yes that's what I meant. 2) I think it's better not to mirror it on new achievement creation, in case of change of mind. However ... I think that people might have some hidden and some revealed so your idea might be the better choice.
