Description

Problem:

mods of Eddiehub have to request new joiners to stop sending the same message in multiple channels
this has happened repeatedly and seems to waste the time and energy of mods

Probable Solution:

Identify when the same message has been sent in more than 1 channel
give a prompt to delete message or redirect to a single help channel
