Add /popular/messages route
Fixed an issue with nav links having cursor: pointer, but not doing anything (a recording of the issue: https://recordit.co/7Mt9TaaIai)

_Note: When a message is hovered, there is a blue border. This PR doesn't fix the rendering of emojis (for now they appear as text like :slightsmile:)
