[DOCS] Adding more context of '3. Edit' step in README.md #3138

Description

I have gone through the README.md of 'hacktoberfest-practice' repo and found that in '3.Edit' section, there was a missing information of adding both name and the GitHub URL link in 'add your name' list. I thought that it would be good if we include the information like this -> " .. adding your name and your GitHub profile URL link to the section..." in the Edit section so that the beginners like me can easily understand.
