just a quick advice that may help you

don't use progress bars or any level indicator for your skills because it's ambiguous 90% for you may mean something different for the interviewers
place the link of the projects on top under the title
fix the spacing there is a lot of unused spaces on the right side of the document

and i'm used to use https://www.canva.com it contain many resumes templates that comes in handy

Really love your bio, it's well written with good use of key words and I like the color you've chosen to make it stand out.

Great that you include full links for your projects, that's useful for people that want to print your resume or can't click for some reason.

I agree with Amr about removing the progress bars on skills, it's really difficult to quantify skills in this way so they don't really mean anything.

I would suggest working on the layout. Currently there is a lot of unused white space and I think you should be able to get everything on one page by moving some things around.
