Hubroid depends on this yet this has no license.

Don't think that this project is maintained anymore. GithubAPI v2 has been disabled last week. As I can see, Hubdroid is currently using this

@Airborn is correct. I'm using the API v3 Java library being maintained by GitHub now. For what it's worth, most of the source files are labelled as being New BSD licensed, but at this point it doesn't really matter.
