In this project milestone the following was added:
-A functional Navigation bar.
-Page content changes dynamically based on navbar selection.
-Date and time refreshes automatically on 1 second intervals.
-Error and success message on 'add Book' section that updates
-Message indicating if Book list is empty
-A basic footer
