Indicator no longer communicates with guake #4

On update to Ubuntu 18.04, guake indicator is no longer communicating with guake.

guake indicator version 1.1-2build1 guake version 3.0.5-1

Same for me, I installed guake terminal and guake-indicator 1.1 on ubuntu mate 18.04 . The indicator does not seem to communicate with terminal either ...
