This commit includes the few easel tidbits required in support of the HMMER PR https://github.com/EddyRivasLab/hmmer/pull/149

Establish orfid field for ESL_SQ, in support of hmmsearcht output. Add esl_sq_ReuseBlock() in support of translated search ORF block reuse.
