Print PDF? #21

Would PDF printing be a feature at some point? Or whats not on the drawingboard?

I don't mind having that added.

Adding "|| view.ios instanceof WKWebView" in line 128 in printer.ios.js allows me to put a pdf in a WebView and then print it. if that's any help.
