Update and add Louvre images #136

Please check against both hgv and dclp numbers and add images where possible. In some cases there will already be the relevant Louvre link. Please leave trace of this numbers which you could not match (probably quite a few - there are hieroglyphic and demotic texts imaged, for which we have no files in hgv or ddb).
