BL-new hyperlinks #192

Lavinia Ferretti began adding hyperlinks to the BL's new online viewer the other day, which is something best done systematically. I reached out to Mark Depauw at Trismegistos for a comprehensive list, which he generously provided. Could you please script the import of these 2500+ links into HGV/DCLP?

When you find old links, Carmen, please leave these as they still function. Add the new links as a second link.

The TM numbers are spread across both DCLP and HGV files
