Get rid of old, non-functioning Oxy image links #194

Dear James,

Since the images of P.Oxy. on the old server are no longer accessible (having been replaced by the ones on SDS, now linked on papyri.info), it would be useful to remove the old URLs from papyri.info if it's easy enough to do this en masse. I mean links like http://163.1.169.40/cgi-bin/library?a=q&r=1&hs=1&e=p-000-00---0POxy--00-0-0--0prompt-10---4------0-1l--1-en-50---20-about---00031-001-1-0utfZz-8-00&h=ded&t=1&q=5202

So basically delete all graphic URLs which start: http://163.1.169.40/cgi-bin/library

For papyri.info this will affect both HGV_meta_XML and DCLP.

Please also remove these links from aquila HGV
