Add URLs to biblio checklist files #69

Using the spreadsheet:

Please add the URLs in column E to the relevant biblio files. Biblio numbers are in column A. Where there is no biblio number please disregard. It would be nice to have a new sheet for all the problematic instances (no biblio number or where there are problems).

Heads up!! In some cases a biblio number may appear twice (possibly more than twice). Usually both instances will refer to the same URL.

I am imagining that a ptr tag will be used as we did for ZPE articles. e.g.
