Moblin/Bugbears in newton movalpolis do not give xp/correct xp

Details

/ver 30181205_0 Level sync to 70 with 3 members. PUP PUP PLD. The moblins and bugbears do not seem to be giving XP. They are VT-IT+ and we get no xp and sometimes 50xp. The bats and goblins in the tunnels gave us normal XP.

Can confirm. We have been fighting them for hours @ 24-26 sync and every so often we get a random one that will give roughly 1/10th the exp that it should (20-30). I'll try to post a link to the stream or a highlight of the stream after if I remember.
