weather is not linked to other zones that share #184

It's raining in Rolanberry and dry in Crawler's Nest.

Dungeons should have the same weather as the outside zone that is connected to them.

To avoid wasting time, use the Weather Reporter NPCs to find out when there will be weather in Rolanberry Fields (the fields share weather with Crawler's Nest). http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Recollections

After researching what would be needed to create shared weather for zones, this will be a tremendous task that modifies a lot of core DSP. We might need to see about submitting it there instead of making this an Eden fix.
