Details

Please audit the stacking of refresh effects to verify what does stack vs. what should not stack, and identify anything broken.

Thanks to Zajin for bringing it up in Discord and Jamini for this list:

• 14 mp from g-horn double ballad
• 3 refresh
• 5 refresh roll (w smn)?
• 1 auto trait
• 1 sanction
• 1 chapeau
• 1 body piece (vermy/yinyang/gaudy)

Sanction Refresh + Gaudy Harness = 2mp/tick up to 50 MP. If you are are 49 MP you will get +2 refresh and then the next tic is only +1 refresh as expected (Gaudy only active < 50 MP). That's the only one I can contribute at this time.

Sanction refresh doesn’t stack with anything and will only work when mp <75% max, iirc, evokers roll on 11 is 5 w/smn.

I know what it says on the wiki but I'm positive Sanction Refresh DID stack with refresh on retail. On the BG wiki there is no mention of it not stacking. However, it may not have stacked with Auto-Refresh which is where I think the confusion comes from.

Perhaps someone can log in to retail and confirm?

Sanction Refresh has always stacked with everything else. I'm unaware of any Refresh effects not stacking, unless they give a Refresh "buff" like the spell.

Sanction refresh 100% stacked with everything on retail. I know for a fact it did because I used it ALL THE TIME when soloing on RDM with Dalmatica and Duelist Chapeau and solo on DRG and PLD with either Are's Cuirass or Royal Cloak and Parade Gorget. It was a huge factor for geared DRG's to able to solo greater colibri and keep MP up enough to keep using healing breath. But yes, it does only take effect at <75% MP.
