Details

Client Version: 30181205_0 Upon finishing the Tarut Cards quest from the NPC Chululu, you speak with her again and she gives out Rubbish Day before the 3-day wait/fortune-telling period.

An NPC nearby that has the same waiting period seems to be working fine. (Kurou-Morou). Hoping that it can be a quick copy and paste of the day checks,

I noticed this, too, but I assumed it was an Eden-only change because of a small player base making it hard to find people with whom to do fortune-tellings. Or maybe I assumed it was shortened on Eden because fortune-telling was too difficult to implement? I forget, it's been a while.

Either way, this is how the quest flagging worked for me as well.
