Bloody bolts drain amounts are off.

So I've been using bloody bolts on my 75THF for a bit and they seem very off. On Tonberries lv 60-67 I usually drain 20+ Moblins level 75-79 I'm draining 2-5hp.

My marksmanship is capped, I'm not using gear to enhance my marksmanship and I'm not using INT.

I'm not sure about tonberries, but bloody bolts should be effective against beastmen.

I've been trying to find some info on old forums about how much I should be draining, and I can't find anything definite, but from the discussions it seems way off. Adding sources here:
