sandoria mission 1-2 - cannot hand in scales

Steps: I picked up mission 1-2 for Sandoria from Endracion went out to KRT Clicked the headstone for the CS Encountered a bug where I couldn't be healed or rest Re-loaded game client Was able to be healed Killed Bats to obtain the Orcish Mail scales Went back to town Able to trade the item to the NPc, it looks as though he is giving me something in the CS Text states "I do not want this item"

Checked the Wiki to make sure I was handing in to the correct NPC (it says Gate Guard, which I believe this guy is)

You'll have to recheck the headstone a few times, you can get the cutscene several times before it's registered.
