Swapping from instrument to ammo while pulling, character doesn't blink

Details

On Bard, with gearlock off and my normal pulling macro of

/equip ammo Pebble /ra

My character isn't blinking to pebbles when I pull so my char is playing the singing animation when it should be getting ready to toss the pebble.

Mozzy confirmed on test server for me that this only happens when swapping from instrument -> ammo. Instrument -> ranged(Lamiabane) is working as intended
