Kirins Astral flow should happen at a slightly more randomized HP %

Details

On eden Kirin's 2hr is consistently used at 50%ish. On retail it can use it any time after 75%.

Lowest Astral flow hp% I could find was 40%ish https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5a533lNKnvw at 1:33, but whenver hp drops fast it can change things.

AF seems to be latest used around 40-45% though, so danger zone 75-40(or 45%ish)

Any chance this could be implemented in the near future? Excited now that astral flow is closer to instant so one more step to restore some of Kirins lost difficulty.

JP wiki lists kirin AF any time below 85%
