Eagle Eye Shot does not seem to be firing instantly

States casting time is instant. When I used it just now, it seemed to take my RA delay into account before firing.

EES Not Instant

As can be seen in the screenshot, I was dead before it even fired, but I did fire it while I was still alive.

Might be related to the last update which added a wind up time to kindred rangers? Just spit balling

nah, mob and player usage is unrelated.
