Raise not working after player is put through a cutscene (including nyzul port up)

Details

Attempting to raise a dead PT member once being ported up to the next floor did not work after multiple attempts.

Player had to force DC/relog to accept raise

I just want to add to this: we just had a person in the blue chest menu to get temp. items while another party member ported us up to the next floor in Nyzul, and the person that was in the temp. item chest menu was unable to perform any actions on the following floors. Further, on everyone's screens, he was just standing still at the lamp on port up but according to him, he was following us around on his screen.

RR prompt not staying after port up as well, wasnt sure to make a new ticket.
